Employer Nomination Scheme Visa (Direct Entry Stream) Subclass 186

This visa lets skilled workers, who are nominated by an employer, live and work in Australia as permanent residents.

Sponsor

Your business must be actively and lawfully operating in Australia, with no adverse information known about you, or any person associated with you. The applicant you are nominating must also be on the relevant skilled occupations list for this visa. You will need to prove that the nominee is being paid the annual market salary rate if they will earn less than AUD250,000, with employment conditions equivalent to Australian workers in similar roles, and that the position associated with the nomination is genuine. You must be able to offer a skilled position that is full time and ongoing for at least 2 years.
