Your first step to your migration dreams
Thank you for your interest in our services, and we are delighted to assist you with your migration matters. Through a series of simplified steps, we will guide you through the visa application process. You will be accompanied by our knowledgeable and friendly team members for every step of the way.
APPLICATION PROCESS
1.
INITial consultation
Book your first consultation with Carevisa through our website. Alternatively, you can call our office, email us, or send us a message on our Facebook page.
We will arrange an 1 hour consultation for an initial fee of AUD$165.00 (GST Inc), which will be deducted from your further professional fees, should you choose to proceed with our services for the visa application. During the consultation, you will be assigned to a migration agent that specialises in your specific visa query, who will listen to your needs, identify suitable visa options for you, and to clarify any further questions you may have. You will then be given a visa pathway plan that is best suited to your needs and situation.
2.
ENGAGEMENT OF SERVICES
Engage us to represent you and assist you for your visa application
Upon receiving your plan, and provided you are happy to proceed with us, you can engage us by signing our Client Service Agreement, and pay for our professional fees as stipulated in the service agreement. We will then provide you with a checklist to request all the necessary documents, and our internal questionnaire to assist us for the preparation of your application.

APPLICATION PREPARATION
We look into your case in detail, research and confirm all eligibility.
After receiving all the requested information and documents, we thoroughly assess all your details against the guidelines for the relevant authorities, identify any discrepancies and request further clarification from you, and compile the documents as required for your application. We perform further research with reference to the appropriate migration laws if necessary, and will also advise you if there are any changes or updates to your eligibility before applying.
4.
lodging your visa application
We draft, review, finalise, and lodge your visa application. We keep you updated and liaise with the relevant authorities on your behalf.
Once we have compiled your details and drafted your application, we will send you a copy of the draft for a final review of the information. Once you are satisfied with the draft and have paid your complete service fees and visa application fees, we will proceed to finalise and submit your application. We will keep you updated throughout the process, and will assist you with further requests from the Department of Home Affairs.
5.
receiving your application outcome
Your application is finalised and you receive your outcome.
We will continue to assist and represent you for your application until the visa is decided. Once you receive your visa grant, we will explain to you your conditions on your visa, and you may begin or continue your journey in Australia.
