Employer Nomination Scheme Visa (Labour Agreement Stream) Subclass 186

This visa lets skilled workers who are nominated by their employer live and work in Australia permanently. The Labour Agreement stream might be for you if you currently work, or will work, for an employer who is party to a labour agreement.

You must be an eligible business with a labour agreement in place with the Australian Government, and meet any nomination requirements specified in the agreement. The occupation you are nominating must be listed in the labour agreement as an occupation you can nominate. You will need to ensure that the nominee is being paid the annual market salary rate, with employment conditions equivalent to Australian workers in similar roles, and that the position associated with the nomination is genuine.
